The Buying Process


  • Call (713) 909-7907 and one of our Sales Consultants will gladly help you with any questions you may have regarding a particular property.


  • Please feel free to take a look at the property at a time that best suites you. Our Sales Consultants can provide you with the GPS coordinates and/or you may find google maps to the property within the property listing.


  • If you wish to purchase a property please call (713) 909-7907 and one of our Sales Consultants will fill out a purchase agreement and send it to you via e-mail.

  • Take the purchase agreement to sign in front of a Notary. You can find one at your local bank or insurance company.  DO NOT SIGN YOUR CONTRACT UNTIL YOU ARE IN FRONT OF A NOTARY, OTHERWISE THE NOTARY WILL NOT SIGN IT AND THE CONTRACT WILL BE COME VOID.  After you have signed your purchase agreement in front of the Notary, please scan and email back to your sales consultant.


  • Once we have received the signed and notarized agreement, we will then send the contract to a local title company in the area that the property is located to start title work and close on the property.


  • The title company will then reach out to you to deposit a non-refundable earnest deposit as stipulated in the agreement, this will lock in the property for your purchase.


  • Lastly, you will sign all closing documents sent from the title company and will wire your balance due for purchase of the property. The title company will then issue a deed at closing naming all owners you have designated in the purchase agreement. This process usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
